摘要
在以智力资源为主要特征的新经济时代,人力资源已成为现代企业发展成败的关键所在。如何吸引、激励和留住人才已经成为现代企业管理的重要战略,而实现这一战略需要一个良好的雇主品牌形象。分析了当前雇主品牌的含义及现状,探讨了如何基于雇主品牌的理念进行战略人力资源管理。
At the new economic age with intelligence resources as a main characteristic, human resources have has become the key to success or failure of modrn business enterprises. How to attract, encourage and keep the talents has already become a strategy for modern business enterprises, a good employer brand image helps to realize such a strategy. This paper deals with the introduction of employer and its present situation and explores the strategy and human resources management based on the notion of employer brand.
