摘要
为了促进乡村经济社会的发展,浙江省采取了权力下放的"强镇扩权"改革,按照"依法下放、能放就放"的原则,明确赋予经济强镇部分县级经济社会管理权限,强化镇政府的公共管理和服务职能。尽管这一改革模式也会随之带来一些新问题,但它也能够为今后的乡镇改革提供一个极有价值的参考。
Based on the principle of a free and legal authorization of power,Zhejiang Province authorizes the towns with strong economy the power owned by the county in the past, so as to promote the rural economic and social development and strengthen the tawns＇functions of public administration and service. Althongh it may bring about some newly emerged problems, this model can provide an extremely valuable reference for the future reform of the towns.
