The Effects of E-government on the Government's Administrative Efficiency

将影响行政效率的因素分为政府部门间的信息交换效率、政府的决策效率、政府的日常管理效率以及公务员的办事效率和廉洁程度这四个因素,分别论述了电子政务对这四个因素的影响,并指出了我国电子政务发展过程中遇到的问题,同时提出了解决这些问题的建议。

This article divided the factors which can impact the government＇s administrative efficiency to four parts： the efficiency of the information exchange among government＇s departments, of decision-making and of routine administration, and the efficiency of the civilians deal with their work and the extent of their probity. Then this article discussed the impact of the E-government on the four factors. This article also pointed out some problems in the development of China＇s E-government and gave some suggestion.
