摘要
为了探索节约型压实技术,开发了仿冲击振动压实技术,并对该技术进行了试验研究。通过对压实度、振动轮时域信号的频谱及功率谱分析可知,压实12遍时,150mm处压实度达到91%,300mm处压实度达到80%;频率成分丰富,多种频率参与压实作用,振幅为4~8mm,压实能量高。研究结果表明,仿冲击振动压实机具有多频参与压实作用、压实效率高等特点,有明显的高效节能的优势。
In order to save the energy of compaction machine, the impact-like vibrating compaction technique was developed, and the technique was studied with test. According to the degree of compaction and the frequency spectrum and the power spectrum for the time-domain signal of the vibration wheel, it was found that the degree of compaction reaches 91% under the depth of 150 mm, 80% under the depth of 300 mm when the 12 times compaction is completed. The signal has multi-frequency, so it is helpful for soil compaction. The energy is high because of the amplitude is from 4 mm to 8 mm. The results show that the impact-like vibratory compaction has the obviously characteristics of highly efficiency and energy-saving with multi-frequency. 7 figs, 9 refs.
