大型造桥机工作状态数值模拟与试验 被引量:6

摘要 以MSS 50-15000型造桥机为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元计算分析软件,对浇注工况下造桥机的结构进行了强度和刚度分析,得到了造桥机结构的应力分布和挠度曲线,为造桥机的设计和施工过程中的标高调整提供了理论依据。根据有限元计算结果,对造桥机的大应力点、主梁垂向变形及其净变形进行测试,试验结果与计算结果基本一致。 The MSS 50-15000 overhead launching gantry is taken as research object. The body's strength and stiffness after the pouring procedure are analyzed respectively by using the software ANSYS. The stress distribution and deflection curves are presented to give the theory references for the design and elevation of the overhead launching gantry. According to the finite element results of structure, the high stress point of structure and the vertical deflection and the net vertical deflection of girder are validated by the worksite test. The test results are identical with the calculating ones. 3 tabs, 12 figs, 10 refs.
