摘要
随着烤烟品种数目的增多,单从形态上鉴别比较困难。本文报道了应用PAGE鉴别8个烤烟品种的试验结果。种子酸溶蛋白质、盐溶蛋白质SD8—PAGE无法将各品种区分开来;幼苗酯酶同工酶PAGE则能很好地鉴别出这8个品种,显示出其在烤烟品种鉴别中的潜力。
It is very difficult to identify the numerous F. C. V. tabacco cultivars the amount of shich get more and more only on the basis of morphilogical chracteristics. The result for identification of eight F. C. V tabacco cultivars by PAGE is reported. It is less possible for SDS-PAGE of seed alcohol-soluble protein and salt -soluble protein to differentiate various cultivars. PAGE of seedling esterase isozyme can effectively identify the eight cultivars in study, and revealed the promise in identification ofF. C. V. tabacco cultivars.
