摘要
为探索烟草漂浮育苗烂根的成因和防治方法,对不同程度烂根的育苗池水采用典型抽样检测的方法比较水质指标,在烂根初期采用不同用量的生石灰比较防治效果.试验表明,烟草漂浮育苗期烂根属于好酸性细菌病害,其危害性与水质的pH值、电导率下降有密切关系;当水质的pH值<6.0、电导率<1000μS/cm时,应及时采取有效措施加以调节,在烂根初期采用生石灰调节育苗池水是一种经济有效的防治方法,1m3水体中加入200g生石灰不但可以杀灭有害细菌,还可以在5~7d内使水质得到明显改善,烟苗的生长发育恢复正常.
The root rot of the tobacco floating system is caused by a kind of favorite acid bacterium-caused disease. The injury of the disease is related closely to the decline of the water pH and conductivity and while pH 〈 6. 0 and conductivity 〈 10 μS/cm of the water quality occur, timely and effective measures should be taken. Adjusting the water of the nursery pool with quicklime during the initial root rot stage is an economical and effective method of the disease control. A proper portion of limewater can not only kill the bacteria, but also improve obviously the water pH and conductivity. With such measures, the seedling growth and development can restore its normMi^in 5-7 days.
