摘要
本文分析教师与领导矛盾产生的原因及其对学校工作的危害,并指出消除这一矛盾、构建和谐校园的主要对策是:确立公正不偏的价值观,实行刚柔相济的双轨制,理顺利益分配关系,促进领导与教师的和谐共进。
After an analysis of the causes and the negative impacts of the conflicts between the teaching staff and management staff in universities, the author of this article has put forward such measures to solve the problem: to establish a value of pair play; to combine management with concern; to distribute the benefits in an acceptable way ; to promote mutual advancement of the management staff and teaching staff.
