摘要
教师职业生涯必要修养的目标是培养优良的教师职业素质。从素质教育对教师语言行为的品质要求看,教师优良的职业素质的培养应当追求职业情感、职业道德、职业知识、职业技艺和职业创造的协调发展和整体优化。实现这一目标的基本途径和价值取向是:纯洁职业情感,坚定献身教育的崇高志向;完善职业道德,培养为人师表的优良风范;更新职业知识,增长教书育人的真才实学;锤炼职业技艺,掌握言传身教的过硬本领;注重职业创造,镌刻泽被后学的人生丰碑。
The goal of teachers' career planning quirements of quality education, an excellent teacher is to develop excellent professional quality. To meet the reshould be in pursuit of the harmonious development of attachment for one's job, professional morality, and related knowledge, skills and creativity demanded by the job. To obtain this goal, a teacher should stick to the ideal of dedicating to the teaching career, being a model for students to follow, updating the knowledge, improving the teaching skills and being creative in teaching all the time.
