Determination of Anti-cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Antibody in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and its Clinical Application

摘要目的探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)血清中的抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗-CCP)检测对RA诊断的敏感度和特异度及其在风湿性疾病中的临床应用价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对160例RA、60例其他风湿性疾病患者及30例健康志愿者进行抗-CCP抗体及类风湿因子(RF)检测,并分析、评价二者诊断RA的价值。结果160例RA中抗-CCP抗体阳性率80.6%(129/160),RF阳性率76.9%(123/160),正常组和其他风湿性疾病组抗-CCP的阳性率为6.7%(6/90),RF的阳性率为18.9%(17/90)。结论抗-CCP抗体对RA诊断具有良好的敏感度和特异度,可作为RA新的血清学指标。
