摘要
本文阐述了中国持续农业发展的基本特征和目标，分析了黄土高原水土流失、南养农业、自然灾害、经济贫困等自然和经济发展特征，提出了黄土高原持续农业开发的原则、基本思路、发展目标、持续农业发展３种模式和主要对策措施。
The paper expounds the characteristics and targets of national sustainable agriculture,analyzes natural condition and economic situation of the Loess Plateau areas,such as water and soil losses,rainfed farming,natrual calamities,economic poverty and so on. \ \ On these ground,the author puts forward principles,ideas,targets,models and countermeasures for the sustainable agriculture in the Loess Plateau areas.
