本文依据宁夏电大构建的具有特色的本土化开放教育教学模式——"三个一"教学模式,就该教学模式在宁夏电大2007年春专科学员中进行了实践探索并取得了一定的成效,从而说明该教学模式体现了以学员学习为中心的思想,适应开放教育学员的学习需求和学习特点。

The paper is based on the characteristic localization opening teaching mode the ＂Three one＂mode, which constructed by NingXia Radio ＆ TV university, and take its effect through the practical research on 07 Spring＇s academic students for example to illustrate the fact, that this mode demonstrates the thought focus on study and it can really fit for the learning requirements and characteristics of opening teaching students.
