摘要
界定单位犯罪中的两个重要概念是单位犯罪和单位犯罪主体。本文通过对这两个概念的分析,认为国家机关,单位的分支机构和内设机构、私营企业能成为单位犯罪的主体。
The unit crime and the unit crime corpus are two very important concepts in unit crime.From analyzing these concepts ,we know the state organ and the uint branch organization and the private business enterprise can become the corpus of unit crime.
