摘要
阐述了在该课题研究过程中，提出的一些新概念。
Mine Safety Assessment System' is a research project granted by the Ministry of Labor, China in 1994 with project No. JK-94-001. Some new concepts, definitions and methodologies are expounded in this final paper through the study of this project.
