摘要 本文针对B2151龙门刨床直流发电机组调速系统的缺点,利用PLC和可控硅调速技术研制出新型数字直流调速系统,该系统具有速度平稳、加工精度高、调速范围宽、噪音低、节能等优点。并可用于其他型号龙门刨床的改造,通用性强。 This paper puts forward the existing problems of the DC generator speed control system of the B2151 closed planer. Based on the problems ,the new digital DC speed -adjustable system of using PLC and SCR timing technology is exploded. This system have the merits of the even velocity, the high machining precision, the wide range, the low noise and saving energy. This technique is also practical to adopt other closed planers and the prospect of using it is broad.
