摘要
通过单因素和正交实验得出自溶-碱法提取啤酒酵母β-(1,3)-D葡聚糖的最佳工艺条件为:定量酵母粉,以料液比1∶30加入3%NaCl水溶液,40℃水浴24h;4000r/min离心去上清,以料液比1∶30加入2%NaOH水溶液,95℃水浴提取3h,4000r/min离心去上清,蒸馏水洗两次,60℃烘干,得成品。
The way was by the single factor and orthogonal experiments made sure that the autolysis-alkaline process optimum conditions of extracting β - (1,3)-D dextran: Quantitative yeast,3% NaCl solution was poured into certain yeast powder with a 1:30 ratio, and waterbath under 40℃ for 24h. After centrifugalization at a speed of 4000r/min, 3% NaOH solution was poured into with a 1:30 ratio, and waterbath for 3h under 95 ℃ followed by eentrifugalization once more. After washed twice and dried under 60 ℃, the final product was attained. Key words:
