发展中国家金融自由化与贫困的研究述评被引量：1

摘要推进金融自由化已经成为发展中国家的现实选择,在金融自由化进程中人们往往忽视了金融自由化潜在的贫困成本。理论分析和实证研究证明经济增长并不是金融自由化的必然结果,而且金融自由化可能对穷人带来不利影响,恶化贫困问题。政府应当将消减贫困作为与促进经济增长同样重要的宏观经济政策目标,采取谨慎和循序渐进的金融自由化政策。
