基于振动分析的织机主轴优化设计系统开发

摘要 在对主轴振动分析的基础上,提出了以织机主墙板处的交叉动柔度为优化设计目标函数的方法,建立了以主轴结构参数为设计变量、主墙板处的交叉动柔度为目标函数及主轴直径、支承刚度及位置为约束函数的优化设计数学模型.在Windows平台下,采用Visual Basic程序设计语言,在模块化基础上完成了程序流程图,开发出了织机主轴优化设计系统.并给出了分析实例. Based on the vibration analysis of loom's main shaft, the paper puts forward a method of optimization design taking the cross dynamic flexibility of main shaft as objective function, and the objective function model is given by the use of transfer matrix. A calculation method is carried out using the constrained random ray method. The optimization design software for Loom-shaft is developed. Program flowchart on the basis of modularization is completed by VB program language. The software can provide with multifaces between operator and computer, visual results. A designing example is given out, and the result shows that this calculating method and the software possesses distinct effect.
