以和谐价格观审视农产品价格上涨

Price Hike in Farm Produce to be Examined with Harmonious Outlook

从2007年5月份以来，我国农产品价格明显上涨。今年前两个月，CPI继续上涨，涨幅分别为7．1％和8．7％。其中，2月份食品价格同比上涨23．3％，其中猪肉价格同比上涨63．4％，食用植物油价格同比上涨34.7％。粮价上扬，猪价和食用植物油空前暴涨，牵动了各界人心。有一种观点更多的把猪价飞涨归于是“粮价上涨惹的祸”。应该如何看待农产品价格上涨？笔者拙见，应该从现代市场经济规律出发，以和谐价格观正确认识和看待农产品价格的变动。

Since May of 2007, the prices in Chinese agro-products had seen an obvious upsurge, affecting all the people. Talking about the reasonable market prices in farm produce, the following major factors should be considered： production cost ＋ wages for farmer work force ＋ market circulation costs ＋ reasonable profits. The farm produce prices are subject to the market. The market is changeable and changes also take place from time to time in the factors affecting the prices. Therefore, it is impossible for the market prices to be immutable. It is beneficial to the producers, operators and consumers, when the price changes in agroproducts take place within reasonable and controlled range.
