国际烟花协会代表行业争取国际话语权

Int＇l Fireworks Association to Strive for Int＇l Right to Speak

在中国食品土畜进出口商会炮竹烟花分会的配合和协助下，国际烟花协会于2008年2月22日在京组织专家研讨会。来自交通部、国家安监总局、国家质检总局和上海港口管理局、国际烟花协会专家委员会的代表参会。会议就由国际烟花协会向联合国危险货物运输专家委员会申请观察员席位事宜达成共识，国际烟花协会拟于近期提交申请。会议由国际烟花协会执委会主席、中国食品土畜进出口商会副会长杨胜军主持。

On 22 Feb 2008, the Int＇l Fireworks Association （IFA） held a seminar with experts in Beijing.Representatives from Ministry of Communications, State Administration of Work Safety,General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection ＆ Quarantine, Shanghai Ports Administration and Expert Committee of IFA attended the seminar. The participants have reached common understanding on an observer seat in the Expert Committee of UN Dangerous Goods Transport to be applied by the IFA in the near term. The seminar was co- chaired by Chairman of Executive Committee of the IFA and Vice President Yang Shengjun of CFNA. The Expert Committee of UN Dangerous Goods Transport is affiliated to UN Economic and Social Council, being responsible for issues of dangerous goods transport. The committee offers and issues suggestions and necessary rules and regulations to the global circles concerned, while publishing a repeatedly revised handbook （safety book） and spreading widely in the world with considerable impact. The committee has also made an increasingly great influence.
