Cooperation Mechanism to Secure Win-Win Situation for Contracting Parties

日本是我国蜂蜜出口主销市场，自1994年以来已连续14年成为我蜂蜜第一大出口市场。中日蜂蜜贸易依存度极大，日本每年从我国进口蜂蜜数量占其蜂蜜进口总量的90％以上，我对日出口蜂蜜占我蜂蜜出口总量的30％以上，最高年度达到60％以上（见表）。

Japan remains the major export market of Chinese honey, becoming China＇s firstgreatest honey export market for 14 years running since 1994. However, there are no easy paths in Sino-Japan honey trade with adulterating and antibiotic incidents happening from time to time. The exchange mechanism between Sino-Japanese industry circles, which has maintained and secured a long-term and stable growth in Japanese market, becomes important factors to ensure a normal and healthy honey trade for long term between China and Japan. Since 1993, CFNA Chamber of Bee Products has co-sponsored Sino-Japanese honey conference with Japan Honey Cooperation Association on an annual basis. Both sides have exchanged views on Chinese honey production, Japanese market and quality issues appeared in trade. The Sino-Japanese honey conference has become a platform for information exchange, mutual understanding and friendship between Sino-Japanese honey trade circles, thereby ensuring a healthy and orderly honey trade between China and Japan.
