从我国原粮品种和品质、工艺现状及成品质量检测等多方面较为详细地论述了专用小麦粉及其生产中的具体问题。
An approach to several practical problems in the production of tailored flour was made,which involved variety and quality of wheat,pressent conditions of the production technology as well as quality checking for the finished products.
