摘要
选择30日龄皖西白鹅公雏50只,随机分为5个组。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组日粮添加ZnSO4·7H2O,添加的锌水平分别为0、50mg/kg、100mg/kg和300mg/kg,Ⅴ组添加蛋氨酸锌、添加的锌水平为51mg/kg,结果表明:从增重、羽毛生长和AKP活性判定,补饲日粮添加锌水平以100mg/kg为宜;AKP活性是反映皖西白鹅锌营养的一个灵敏指标;皖西白鹅对蛋氨酸锌和硫酸锌的利用无明显差异。
Fivty male Wanxi White Geese at 30-day were divided randomly into 5 groups. The rations for groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were supplemented with 0,50,100 and 300 mg/kg of zine (ZnSO 4·7H 2O) respectively,and for Group Ⅴ with 51 mg/kg of zinc (zinc methionine). The results showed:(1)The supplement with 100 mg/kg Zn is suggested as the satisfactory level.(2)AKP activity could be considered as an indicator to Zn status of Wanxi White Geese. (3)There was no significant difference between the utilization of zine methionine and that of ZnSO 4.
