皖西白鹅日粮锌添加量的研究

A Study on Zinc Supplement to the Ration for Wanxi White Geese

选择３０日龄皖西白鹅公雏５０只，随机分为５个组。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组日粮添加ＺｎＳＯ４·７Ｈ２Ｏ，添加的锌水平分别为０、５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ和３００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，Ⅴ组添加蛋氨酸锌、添加的锌水平为５１ｍｇ／ｋｇ，结果表明：从增重、羽毛生长和ＡＫＰ活性判定，补饲日粮添加锌水平以１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ为宜；ＡＫＰ活性是反映皖西白鹅锌营养的一个灵敏指标；皖西白鹅对蛋氨酸锌和硫酸锌的利用无明显差异。

Fivty male Wanxi White Geese at 30-day were divided randomly into 5 groups. The rations for groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were supplemented with 0,50,100 and 300 mg/kg of zine (ZnSO 4·7H 2O) respectively,and for Group Ⅴ with 51 mg/kg of zinc (zinc methionine). The results showed:(1)The supplement with 100 mg/kg Zn is suggested as the satisfactory level.(2)AKP activity could be considered as an indicator to Zn status of Wanxi White Geese. (3)There was no significant difference between the utilization of zine methionine and that of ZnSO 4.
