The Necessity of Developing Start-up Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

开展创业教育是高职院校自身改革和发展的需要,是缓解就业压力的重要途径,是适应社会对人才的需求,是全面提高人的素质的需要。高职院校开展创业教育要转变办学理念,抓好创业教育的启蒙和学生就业观念的转变,创建与提高学生创业能力相适应的课程体系,进而提高高职院学生的社会适应能力。

Developing start-up education is necessary to promote the reform and development of higher vocational colleges.It is the important approach to alleviate employment pressure,and it adapts to the social requirement for talents.It is the demand to improve prople＇s quality.If higher vocational colleges want to develop start-up education,they should change schooling concept,do the educational initiation well,and change students＇ employment concept.It will establish and improve curriculim system adapted to students＇ start-up ability for improve their ability to adapt to the society.
