摘要
"订单教育"人才培养模式已经成为校企合作的一种重要途径。校企资源整合就是要通过组织和协调,把学校和企业内部彼此分离的资源,特别是企业的生产管理的各种资源,充分运用到教学中来。校企资源整合为学校提供了良好的实训基地,提高了企业资源的利用效率,为教师实践技能的提高创造了条件。
