职业院校校外实习教学存在的问题及对策

实习是培养人才的一个重要环节,实习的过程是学生将理论知识内化为实际能力的过程,同时也是素质教育的重要手段。针对高职院校实习过程中存在的问题进行探讨,并提出相应的对策,目的是为了更好地促进高职实践性教学的进展。

The practice is the important link of fostering talents,and the process of practice is the process that students convert the theory knowledge into practical ability.It is also the important method of quality education.This paper mainly discusses the question which exists in the higher vocational education practice process at present as well as the corresponding countermeasure in order to promote the higher vocational education practical teaching development.
