Implementation of Computer Measure and Control System on Creep Testers

摘要 蠕变试验机计算机测控系统采用集散控制实现了数据采集和控制过程的自动化,通过串行接口实现了上位机与下位机的通信。基于RS-485通信协议和地址区分技术,利用Visual Basic的MSComm通信控件实现了对4台蠕变实验机多点数据采集和温度控制。通过OLE技术和人工代码,软件系统实现了VB与Access、Excel无缝连接。运行结果表明系统的软、硬件工作稳定,可靠性高,完全实现了蠕变实验机的温度自动控制和实验数据的自动记录。 The automated data acquisition and the control process were implemented in computer measure and control system on creep testers by DCS,and the communication between the upper subsystem and lower subsystem were realized by means of the serial interface. Based on the RS -485 communication protocol and address differentiate technique, muhipoint data acquisition and temperature control of 4 creep testers were implemented by MSComm Active X of Visual Basic 6.0. The seamless integration among VB, Access and Excel were realized in the software system by the techniques of OLE and artificial code. Operating results indicate that the hardware and software of the system are high reliable and stable, and temperature auto control and testing data self-record of the creep tester are completely achieved.
