摘要
利用GPRS无线通信、LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术和基于ARM的嵌入式系统,构建了油田水源井网的远程测控系统。系统将μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统移植到LPC2124的ARM7内核中,结合传感器和继电器,完成水源井子站数据的采集和现场控制,利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术开发了主控计算机软件,通过GPRS网络实现信息交互和远程控制。介绍了各部分的具体实现方法,对子站嵌入式系统的硬件构架和μC/OS-Ⅱ移植关键技术进行了重点阐述。现场的实际应用验证了系统的合理性和可靠性。
The remote measurement and control system for water well net of oil filed was constructed with GPRS wireless communication, LabVIEW virtual instrument and embedded system based on the ARM embedded system. The μC/OS - Ⅱ operation system was transplanted into the kernel ARM7 of LPC2124. And the hardware of the water well station based on LPC2124 realized the data collection and control in the locale, by using the sensors and relays. The software of the control computer was developed with the virtual instrument LabVIEW. The communication between the water well station,the control computer and the remote control was carried out through the GPRS net. The concrete realization of each part were introduced, the hardware frame of the embedded system and the crucial technologu in the μC/OS -Ⅱ transplantation were expounded. The application in the local field proved the rationality and reliability of the whole system.
