摘要 由于钢包烘烤周期太长,以至钢包周转不开,成为制约钢厂创效的瓶颈。为了提高炼钢厂钢包的烘烤效率、完好率以及减小环境热污染,设计了PLC控制的双蓄热式钢包烘烤器。先后为唐山淞汀钢厂安装2套设备,已投入使用近2年,运行良好。该技术可以广泛应用于炼钢等行业。 In recent years, Chinese steelmaking industry was developed quickly. But the ladle bake cycle is overlong, it leads to the ladle can not turnaround. This problem becomes the choke point of steel mill's production efficiency. For increasing the baking efficiency, integrality rate, and decreasing the thermal pollution of environment, a pair of regenerative ladle roaster base on the PLC was designed. Two sets of this equipment were installed for Tangshan Song Ting Steel Mill. They have been used nearly two years already and the functions are all right. This technology can be extensively applied in steel -making vocation.
