摘要
本文对花生田暗黑鳃金龟的室内生活史及人工饲养条件进行了初步研究。结果表明,人工饲养的暗黑鳃金龟完成一个世代约需180d。适宜的饲养条件,温度26±1℃、光周期16L:8D,土壤湿度为18%~20%,饲养密度不超过3头/瓶。7种杀虫剂对暗黑鳃金龟幼虫的毒力大小顺序依次为,二嗪磷、辛硫磷、虫酰肼、乙酰甲胺磷、阿维菌素、吡虫啉、氟虫腈。
The development cycle and artificial rearing of Holotrichia parallcla in peanut field was studied preliminary. The result revealed that the cycle of Holotrichia parallcla is 180 days . The suitable rearing temperature is 26± 1℃, photoperiod is 16L : 8D, the soil humidity is 18%-20%, Three grubs is the most in one bottle. Seven insectides was applied to its larvae. Toxicity test results were as followings : Diazinon 〉 Phoxim 〉 Tebufenozide 〉 Acephate 〉 Avermectins 〉 Imidaclopred Fipronil.
