摘要
1985年以前,我国是以白酒为主要酒类饮料,但由于白酒利用粮食作为原料,会大量消耗粮食,而且随着人们对健康逐渐加以重视,必然减少饮用这类烈酒,而转向饮用啤酒,使啤酒市场的发展迅速掘起,发展得相当迅速。鉴于竞争之激烈,啤酒的质量是奠定它在消费者心目中的基础,故此,啤酒的质量必须保持稳定并需作出不断的改进。
