中介组织在国外工程移民中的作用及借鉴

The Function and Inspiration of Intermediary Organization in Overseas Project Immigration

介绍了国外工程移民的规模、分类和基本做法;归类总结了中介组织在国外工程移民中起到参与规划、协商赔偿标准、协调移民过程、配合后期安置等作用。在借鉴国外有关经验的基础上,对我国工程移民中存在的不足提出了具体的改进措施。

This paper briefly introduces the scale,the classification,and the essential procedure of overseas project immigration.It then summarizes the functions of intermediary organization such as participating in the immigration plan,negotiating compensation standard,coordinating immigration process,and helping settle down.Drawn lesson from other countries,it proposes the concrete improving suggestions pertaining to the shortcomings of project immigration in China.
