再论南京国民党政权的合法性危机及其覆亡

Further Discussion on Validity Crisis and the Fall of Nanking Kuomintang Regime

在考察南京国民党政权的合法性危机及其覆亡时,制度(法理)的合法性问题是一个不可忽视的因素,但不是最主要的因素。从当时中国的特殊情况看,政策的合法性问题及国民党政权内部的认同问题,才是最主要最关键的因素。相对于制度的合法性危机而言,政策的合法性危机及内部的认同危机,是导致南京国民党政权走向覆亡的更主要的原因。

This paper holds that when rethinking the validity crisis and the collapse of Nanjing Kuomintang regime,though the validity of system or law is a factor which can't be ignored,it isn't the most principal one.Seen from the particular situation at that time,the validity of the policy and the self-identity of Kuomintang regime are the most key factors,which are the more important reasons pertaining to Kuomintang regime's being unable to escape from its doom compared with the validity crisis.
