摘要
运用主观权重、客观权重和综合权重赋值法,以某校各院(系)评教活动中的评教指标权重为例,探讨其对教师教学质量评价结果及排序的影响。结果表明,运用主观权重和客观权重赋值法,对某校各院(系)教师教学质量进行评价,分析发现其评价结果及排序与实际情况存在明显不合理的现象;按照综合权重赋值法对某校各院(系)教师教学质量进行评价并排序,与主观权重和客观权重赋值法的评价结果及排序进行比较,使得教师得分排序明显不合理的地方得到改善,排序趋于更加合理。
This paper,based on approximation of value assignment of subjective weight,objective weight,and integrated weight,takes the index-weight of one university for example to study its role played in the evaluation result and order of the teachers' teaching quality.It is found out that by means of subjective weight and objective weight the evaluation result is sharply different from the actual one.Therefore,it is suggested that integrated weight should be used to improve the evaluation system to make the sequence more reasonable.
