摘要
20世纪90年代以来,信息技术的飞速发展对企业管理模式产生了深远的影响,和谐管理理念应运而生。企业和谐管理,就是企业按照"和谐"理念,对企业所拥有的资源进行计划、组织、领导和控制等一系列管理,以使有效达到既定组织目标的过程。
Since the 1990s, the rapid development of information technology has had the profound influence on the business management pattern, and the concept of harmonious management was born. The enterprise harmonious management is a new management process that the enterprise do a series of management such as planning, organization, leadership and controlling with the ＂harmonious idea＂ to achieve the organization＇s goal effectively. This article has mainly carried on the theory analysis and the discussion of the enterprise harmonious management by analyzing the connotation characteristics and the essential factors.
