摘要
宁夏高校是宁夏区域创新的主体,R&D(研究与发展)活动是该体系科技活动的核心,是高校科技实力的直接体现。作为内陆省区的地方院校,宁夏高校的科技事业目前尚处于不发达的初级阶段,而要想摆脱这种局面就必须正视现状,对现有的R&D资源进行认真分析和合理整合。本文通过参照R&D活动的具体量化指标对宁夏高校所拥有的R&D资源进行系统的定量分析,以期发现宁夏研究与发展活动的规律和问题,为实现地方科技创新和高校科技事业的全面、协调、可持续的发展提供科学的依据。
Colleges and universities are the main body of innovation in Ningxia. Activities of R＆D is principal in this body and represent the sci-tech power of colleges and universities. This article takes quantitative analysis of R＆D resources of colleges in Ningxia to find out law and problems of activities of R＆D, and provides scientific basis for technical innovation and sustainable development in Ningxia.
