摘要
在铸锻企业的生产过程中,对产品质量的管理和控制是企业生产的关键环节之一。为了实现产品生产质量管理,讨论了产品质量信息管理系统的结构功能以及部分关键质量控制环节功能的设计,分析了该系统如何把多目标规划的层次分析法、数理统计分析及神经网络模型算法相结合,实现产品关键质量指标的选取、质量生产标准的建立和产品质量特征值的合理预测,从而有效提高质量控制的准确性和可靠性,为产品质量的检验、预测、分析提供科学的根据。
In the manufacture of the casting and forging company, one of the key sections is the management and control of products quality. To realize the management of products manufacture quality, presents,the structure and functions of products quality rnanagement of information system as well as the design of products core quality oontrol unit. How the system combines the analytic hierarchy process in multi-goals programming, the mathematical statistics analysis and neural network model to realize the select of the products core quality value, the building of quality criterion and the reasonable forecast of products quality value. Consequently, it wiU improve the accuracy and reliability of quality oontrol, and provide scientific basis for the test, analysis and forecast of products quality.
