中学生思想道德教育:从规训化到人本化

摘要 传统的思想道德教育,在教育的目标、教育的内容、教育的要求、教育的方式等许多方面都表现出了“规训化”的特征,究其原因既有社会层面的也有学校层面的,这种教育对中学生来说是一种严重的奴役与驯服。而今我们所追寻的是“人本化”的思想道德教育,它主张在人的发展、人的成长、人的价值、人的个性等方面都要坚持以人为本。为此,需要教育者树立自己的人本教育观,同时确立中学生的主体地位和培养他们的独立人格。 Traditional ideology and moral education has shown admonishment characteristic which was on the objects,the contents ,the needs and the method of education. The reasons are not only from the society but also from the school. Under this kind of education, the middle school students were seriously enslavement and domestication. Now, the ideology and moral education of human _orientation sparkplugs that the development ,the grown ,the value and the personality of human should insists human orientation. So educators should build up the value of human orientation, and at the same time we should establish the subjective position of students and cultivate the independent characteristics.
