摘要
新课改成败的关键在于我国广大中小学教师。新课改正在如火如荼的展开，但是部分教师却采取冷漠消极的态度。这种现象有更为深层的原因，我们应该研究解决的策略。本文主要从文化视角来审视新课改遭遇教师冷漠态度。
The key of getting achievements or not is the teachers in middle and fundamental schools. The new curriculum reform is being carried out, but some teachers have inactive attitude.
