文章通过分析认为,淮安市交通基础设施建设促进了淮安本土传统文化与外部先进文化的交融和淮安传统优秀文化的发扬光大,增强了淮安的文化影响力,提高了淮安在全国乃至在国际上的知名度,推进了淮安招商引资和经济社会发展。
The article through the analysis that the Huaian transportation infrastructural facilities promoted the Huaian traditional culture with exterior cultural blending with Huaian culture tradition development. Strengthened the Huaian cultural influence. Increase of Huaian in the domestic and international Popularity, and promote the Huaian investment and economic and social development.
