高职院校电子商务专业人才培养的对策研究

十一五时期,随着电子商务的普及,电子商务人才将全面短缺,这给高职院校电子商务专业教育带来了机遇,但在人才的使用层面上,向着精、专结合的复合型发展的趋势也给培养的模式带来了严峻的挑战,加强高职院校电子商务专业人才培养的效能迫在眉睫!本文结合我院电子商务专业教育改革的成果,从专业定位、课程设置、实践体系以及师资建设等方面进行了有益的探索,提出了初步的对策。
