摘要 热释电材料是非制冷红外探测器的关键敏感材料之一。介绍了非制冷红外探测器用热释电材料的分类以及国内外研究现状,重点评述了介电模式工作的热释电陶瓷材料的研究进展,并指出了它的发展方向。 Pyroelectric material is one of the key sensitive materials of the uncooled infrared detectors.The sorts and research status at home and abroad of the pyroelectric materials used for the uncooled infrared detectors are introduced.The progress of research on the pyroelectric ceramic materials working at the dielectric bolometer mode is emphatically reviewed.Its development trend is pointed out.
