摘要
激光二极管(LD)中心波长及LD功率影响着LD泵浦的固体激光器输出特性,通过理论和实验研究了LD的工作温度变化对LD中心波长及LD功率的影响,分析了LD温度控制系统的温控精度,给出了理论上确定温控精度的一般方法。实验结果验证了此方法的有效性,并且给出了以4 nm谱宽LD泵浦Nd:YAG时的温控精度数据。通过适当选择LD温控精度和较宽的LD谱宽,可大大降低温控系统设计的难度,有效提高DPL的环境适应能力。
The influence of the central wavelength and output power of laser diode on the output characteristics of DPL,is studied theoretically and experimentally.The precision of temperature control system is analyzed,and the general method to set the temperature control accuracy is obtained by theoretical analysis and calculation.The availability is proven by experiment,and the data of temperature control precision on 4 nm spectrum width LD pumped Nd:YAG is given.According to the method,the proper temperature control precision of LD and wider spectral width of LD can enhance the ruggedness of DPL and reduce the difficulty of the temperature control system greatly.
