摘要
目的:研究环丙沙星(CPFX)-锌(Ⅱ)络合物的配比、离解度和稳定常数,并建立简单、快速、灵敏的测定环丙沙星的络合紫外分光光度法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长λ=277nm。结果:线性范围0.4~16 mg·L^(-1),线性回归方程为 A=0.10356c(mg·L^(-1))+0.00275,相关系数 R=0.9999,最低检出限为0.0117 mg·L^(-1)。结论:此法用于环丙沙星药物的测定,结果令人满意。
Objective: To study the complexation characteristics of ciprofloxacin(CPFX) with Zn( Ⅱ ), including the complexing tatio, the degree of dissociation and stability constant, and to establish a complexing UV method for the determination of ciprofloxacin. Methods: The UV pectrophotcmetry was used. The detecting wavelength was at 277nm. Results:The linear range is 0.4-16 mg·L^-1 and the regression equation is A= 0.10356c(mg · L^-1) + 0.00275 (R= 0.9999) with the detection limit of 0.0117 mg· L^-1. Conclusion: The method was applied to the determination of ciprofloxacin drugs with good results.
