Effect of Differont Extracting Methods on the Contant of Menispermine Extracting from the Asiatic Moonseed Rhizome

目的:探讨不同提取方法对北豆根中蝙蝠葛碱含量的影响。方法:以1%硫酸为溶剂用温浸法、渗漉法、超声法3种方法提取北豆根,用高效液相色谱法测定提取物中蝙蝠葛碱的含量。结果:蝙蝠葛碱的提取量由大到小依次为超声提取法>温浸提取法>渗漉提取法,三种方法比较不存在显著性差异。结论:超声法与其他方法比较时间短,含量高,较适宜提取北豆根中蝙蝠葛碱。

Objectives： To discuss effect of different extracting methods on the content of menispermine extracting from the asiatic moonseed rhizome. Methods： Menispermine was extracted from asiatic moonsaed rhizome in 1% sulfuric acid solution by using warm immersion, percolation and ultrasonic methods. Content of menispermine in the extracts were measured by HPLC. Results： The amount of the extracted content menispermine were ultrasonic〉warm immaersion〉percolation accordingly, while there were no significant difference among the three methods. Conclusion： The ultrasonic method is time saving, high efficient compared with the other two ones, thus is appropriate to use to extract menispermine from asiatic moonseed rhizome.
