摘要 干扰素(interferon,IFN)是目前用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)的重要药物之一。美国肝病研究学会2007年年会将设专题会议庆祝干扰素50周年,在会议开篇词中写道:"迄今为止,没有一项科学的发现如干扰素这样对病毒性肝炎的治疗产生如此重大的影响"。本文就干扰素的作用机制以及与乙型肝炎的临床应用作以综述。 IFN affect a number of processes including those regulating cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis, as as the modulation of the immune response. This review focuses on the mechanism of IFN in treatment and the correlation with Hepatitis B virus.
