摘要
通过探讨萃取时间、萃取剂浓度、料液浓度、氯离子浓度、相比、水相pH值、水相缓冲溶液阴离子、萃取剂阴离子等因素对萃取率的影响规律,提出较好的头孢菌素C的萃取工艺条件。并且对萃取过程中出现的第3相进行了分析,提出一些消除或减少第3相的措施;
The effect of condition of reactive extraction including extraction time, concentration of extractant, cefalosporin C solution and chloride anion, phase ratio, pH of water phase, anions in water buffer solution, anion of the extractant on the extraction of cefalosporin C was investigated, and the optimum extraction condition was determined. The third phase in the extraction was analyzed, and methods of reducing or removing the third phase was found. Stripping of cefalosporin C was also studied.
