Research on the Cultivation of Innovation Abitity and Controlling of Postgraduates

研究生的培养需要实现创新力与控制力的动态统一,二者缺一不可。为此,在研究生培养过程中,应强化研究生两力培养相结合的意识,提高研究生的学习能力和自律意识,建立研究生两力培养相结合的机制,探索具有可操作性的两力培养结合模型,鼓励以研究生导师为重点、全体教师参与和实践的两力培养教育。

The healthy development of postgraduates has always been a hot topic in Chinese higher education field, which is also an important subject in constructing new state strategy environment. In fact, there is mutual impact between innovation ability and controlling ability, therefore, the paper makes a research on the combination of innovation ability and controlling ability and puts forward some suggestion.
