With the development of the network and communication technology, cooperative work becomes a kind of popular working way more and more,and CWE also become the focus. And UML is the target-oriented unified modeling language used most extensively,get general application in the software project. Use this effectual tool of UML to build model in CWE,will improve the efficiency of software development greatly. In order to show this point and its superiority, build a simple model for a cooperative editor system using UML.
