超短波并环磷酰胺对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤生长的影响

The effect of ultrashort wave combined with cyclophosphamide on the growth of S_(180)sarcoma in mice

目的:探讨超短波单一或联合抗肿瘤药物环磷酰胺对恶性肿瘤生长的影响。方法:取接种小鼠 S_(180)肉瘤鼠60只,接种第二天开始随机分为4组进行处理;每日予以处理因素连续8天后处死称瘤重,计算抑瘤率。结果:各组抑瘤率,超短波组30.5%,环磷酰胺组46.3%,超短波+环磷酰胺组67.8%,经 q检验,各组间差异有显著性或非常显著性(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。结论:本实验条件下未见超短波有促进小鼠 S_(180)肉瘤生长作用,初步观察到有一定的抑瘤效果,超短波与环磷酰胺联合应用可提高抑瘤率。

objective:To study the effects of ultrashort wave only and combined with cyclophospha- mide on the growth of S_(180) sarcoma cells in mice.Methods:60 mice were transplaned the S_(180) sacoma cells and randomly divided into 4 groups:All animals were treated with every factor one time per day.On 10th day the mice were killed and the tumors were weighed.The inhibiting rate of each gronp was computed. Results:Inhibiting rate was 30.5% in ultrashort wave group,46.3% in drug group,and 67.8% in ultra- short wave plus drug group.There was significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:Ultrashort wave don't promote the growth of S_(180) sarcoma in mice.bnt it has some inhibiting effect on S_(180) sarcoma cells.It shows.That ultrashort wave combined with cyclophosphamide may raise the inhibiting rate for S_(180) sarcoma in mice.
